The Orange Tree is in a small development of quality homes just 8 miles from Disney's Main Gate and all homes are assigned upon arrival (name originates from the Orange Grove around which it is built). The villas are all single-story and the tree-lined streets are perfect for an evening walk or run. All homes have a pool and there is a fee to heat the pool (pools heated only from October-April) and the homes come with a screened-in pool deck, chaise lounges, patio table & chairs along with a fully-equipped kitchen. All homes also include central air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-maker, cable TV, telephone, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, towels & linens. (Please note that there is a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no other paper supplies nor any type of hand/dish soaps are provided).
